Search process
Use the search engine on the front page to find all available villas for the arrival and departure dates that you require. You can also refine your search by: pool type, city, pets allowed, youngsters allowed, internet and distance to the beach.
Club Villamar rents out only Saturday to Saturday weeks. There are no discounts for shorter stays. If you, for example, want to rent a villa from Wednesday to Wednesday, you will have to rent 2 full weeks. In low season exceptions can be made concerning arrival and departure day - please contact the reservations personnel.
Find the villa that appeals to you most among the search results.
Click your mouse pointer on the picture to see more details of the villas on the villapages. Almost all villas featured on the Club Villamar website show current availability. This can be read under the calendar. If the week is 'green' in the calendar, the villa is available and open for booking. The additional costs are displayed at the bottom of the villa page. In case the current availability is not shown, we will contact the owner for last minute availability upon receiving your reservation.
How do I know I can bring my pet?
Not all villas on Club Villamar website accept pets (of any kind). After you have used the search engine to find all available villas that most suite your requirements please use the extended search engine and click on "pets allowed". The search engine will find all villas available in the period you are interested in, in which pets are allowed.
Can I have the exact adress of a villa to look up the villa via Google?
On the Club Villamar website you will find a map where you can see the area where the villa is situated. Please contact the reservation team if you require a more exact address.
Is it allowed to come with more people than stated as the maximum on the website?
Each villa on the Club Villamar website is available for a certain number of people. In case your group exceeds the number of people allowed in the villa you are interested in, please contact our reservation personnel and they will do their best to find a solution for you.
Will somebody take us to the villa?
Once you arrive to our Homeservice offices you will get all necessary information to get to the holiday villa by yourselves and start enjoying your holiday right away.

Booking a villa
How to make a booking?
When you have found your perfect holiday accommodation, you can easily make an online reservation by clicking on the orange 'Book this villa' button. A reservation is not an option. Therefore it is not allowed to make reservations for several villas for the same period for the same guests.
Some villas have restrictions on the ages of the guests allowed. These restrictions are mentioned in the villa text on the villa page. After filling in all steps of the reservation form, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
You will not receive any documents by regular mail and are not required to sign anything. Your reservation is not complete without your payment.
Your privacy is guaranteed. We will never share your personal details with third parties.
Payments?
The payment process:
- 1. You make a reservation earlier than 8 weeks of arrival:
- a. First payment by credit card via Paypal. The final payment will have to be made by bank transfer 8 weeks before arrival.
- b. Payment by bank transfer. The final payment will have to be made by bank transfer 8 weeks before arrival.
- 2. You make a reservation within 8 weeks of arrival:
- a. Payment for the full amount by credit card.
- b. Payment for the full amount by bank transfer.
- 3. You make a reservation within 7 days of arrival:
- a. You can make the payment for the full amount by credit card.
- b. You can make the payment for the full amount by bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please send us a copy of your transfer to reservations@clubvillamar.com. As soon as we have received your transfer, we will let you know by email. If we have not received your payment within 5 days of making your reservation, we will cancel your reservation.
Arrival day and minimum stay?
Club Villamar rents villas out for Saturday to Saturday weeks. There are no discounts for shorter stays. If you, for example, want to rent from Wednesday to Wednesday, you will have to rent 2 full weeks. How come I cannot see the villa anymore on the website after I have booked?
Villas are always visible on our website. Once you have made a reservation, please do not search the villa by availability but by the villa name.
How can I make an option?
You have the possibility of making options of maximum 48 hours for the villa that interests you. After 48 hours the option will be cancelled and you will have the possibility to make the reservation online. For options please contact our reservation personnel.
What documents should I bring at check in?
Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive all necessary documents by e-mail. The document you should bring at your arrival is the reservation confirmation and your passport for identification.
How much do I have to pay for the security deposit, when and how do I get it back?
The refundable deposit can be paid by credit card or in cash at the Homeservice office. In case you have made arrangements with the reservation team to go directly to the villa you can pay the refundable deposit in advance by bank transfer or credit card.
After the inspection of the villa has been done (after your check out) the deposit will be refunded by bank or credit card. You will receive an e-mail to inform you that it has been sent.
The amount of the deposit is stated on every page. In case of groups of youngsters with an average age under 25 the refundable deposit is of 150 euros per person with a maximum of 1000 Euros.
How much does the final cleaning cost?
The final cleaning (for the villas in Costa Brava) can be an optional or mandatory service that you book with the reservations office or directly at your arrival. For most of the villas the final cleaning service is € 80.00 , but there are exceptions. The final cleaning costs are mentioned on the webpage with the villa information. Even if you book the final cleaning you have to know that there are still some things that you are expected to do (clean bbq, empty dishwasher, take the trash out, etc )
Do you offer any additional services?
The Homeservice offices offer our clients different extra services at extra cost. Some of these services are: final cleaning, cleaning during your stay, rental of USB internet sticks, chef, babysitter, extra pool cleaning, etc. For costs and more possibilities please contact the reservation personnel by telephone or e-mail.
If the villa has a pool is the cleaning included?
The pools are cleaned and in most cases there is not an extra charge for this. You will find all additional costs on the page with the villa details. Pool maintenance personnel have their own key to get into the garden and normally come very early in the morning. Pool engines have a timer and normally are set to work during night time. In case of storms leafs can fall into the swimming pool and for this most of the villas have a net that you can use. To keep the pools clean please take a shower before diving in - the skin creams and oils can make the water milky.
When will I receive the directions to the villa?
When the first payment is received you can ask for exact directions to the villa. Please keep in mind that you will not go directly to the villa but to our office (except in case where you have arranged direct transportation to the villa ). You will receive the detailed route upon arrival at our office.

Your stay
In case of any problems who should I contact?
At check in you will receive all necessary documents and procedures which are important during your stay in the villa. You will also get a list with telephone numbers: office numbers and emergency telephone numbers (when the office is closed). You can also visit the Homeservice offices during the opening hours.
Is the first and final cleaning included in the renting?
The villas are clean upon your arrival but final cleaning of most villas is not included in the price. Please ask the reservation personnel and/or the Homeservice for more information.
What about bedlinen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price in all villas. More information about it can be found on each villa page. If you still have doubts or further questions please contact the reservations office.

General
Allergies?
Even if a villa does not admit animals we cannot assure you that no animal has ever been in the villa as the owner itself or other people might have brought one into the villa. At the beginning and end of the season villas may have been vacant for a long period, so the air in the house could be humid. However, this will disappear after about a day of heating/airing.
Barbecue and water?
Some of the holiday homes have a garden grill or barbecue. If you use it, please clean it for the next client.
In summer time in Spain it is against the law to make barbecues with wood or other open fires. Please use coal for the barbecue.
We do not recommend you to drink the water from the tap as it has a strong chlorine taste.
We strongly advise you to use water wisely as it is a scarce resource in Spain.
