Your villa near Lloret de Mar

While driving up to the beautiful detached villa Ada you can enjoy the magnificent view. Thanks to its location high up in the hills in the neighbourhood Serra Brava you can look out over the coast line and the green forest. This alone already makes it a wonderful place. A place that offers a lot of privacy, which makes it very suitable for several families. Your nice villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can park your car safely away on your own private property. When you have taken in the nice views, you will of course want to view the inside of the villa! Via a small set of steps you can enter the residence, this because the entrance is located on the first floor. Here you will find the snug living room, open kitchen, dining room , 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the other floor you have another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal. One bedroom has access to the balcony, which is a lovely place to retreat on and sit outside. The interior is lovely, attention has been paid to the tiniest details. The light interior gives the villa an authentic feeling to it, you will feel at home very quickly. From the living room you can walk right on to the terrace. Can you resist the temptation or would you rather take a dive in the wonderful water of your private swimming pool? You can laze on a deckchair in the sun or look for a place in the shade, a part of the terrace is covered. And of course there is also a stone barbecue available with running water. Nothing is nicer than eating outside, while enjoying the long sultry summer nights. You can see all the lights going on in the distance. You can poor yourself another drink or perhaps you would like to go out in the town at the bottom of the hill. You decide, you can do whatever you feel like!

Serra Brava

Villa Ada is located in the neighbourhood of Serra Brava, in between the green hills along the coastal road between Lloret de Mar (only 1,5 kilometre away!) and Tossa de Mar. From the hills you have a magnificent view of the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea. The neighbourhood has a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a restaurant. The wonderful sandy beach of Canyelles is only 3 kilometres away.

The surroundings of your villa

Ada is closely located near Lloret de Mar, so you won´t have to go far for the snugness of the centre and the sandy beach. Lloret is of course mostly known for its lively night life and wonderful beach. You can try out many water sport activities. But did you know that the town was founded from pre-Roman settlements, that still can be viewed to this day? Architectural highlights are the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and different hermit chapels. A visit to the botanical gardens of Marimutra in Blanes is also worth your time or a trip to Vidreres, a nice typical Catalan town only 15 kilometres away. Not many tourists can be found here, so you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals. It has a nice church with lots of shops around it. For more peace and quiet you can go for a nice walk or cycle through the lovely nature. Add to that the mild climate, the very versatile Spanish kitchen and the many activities like the dolfinarium, golf courses, a water park and riding schools, and the picture is complete. You have found your ideal holiday destination!

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 23) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Arrival and departure

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video's

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

Payment information

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.

The payments can be made by bank transfer or by easy and safe credit card- or Paypal-payment. In any case you can cancel your reservation Free of Cost within 3 days of making your reservation. More payment information
