In the peaceful neighbourhood named Els Pinars just outside Lloret de Mar you will find this luxury villa with more then 300 m2 livingspace. The unique location 2 km from Lloret de Mar and 35 km to the lively centre of Girona. A holiday spot you will definitely enjoy! The historic town of Tossa de Mar at 15 km distance of the villa has an imposing city wall. Inside you will find the old town of Tossa, Villa Vella. This is one of the best examples of a medieval bastion that has been well kept. Seeing the city all lit up from the beach at night is a magnificent sight to see. This fishing village has many terraces and restaurants worth visiting. This villa has just been added to our website.
The entrance of the villa is located on the third floor, where you will also find the 3 bedrooms,bathroom, the dining and living area with a flatscreen tv an open fire a complete kitchen with washingmachine and a bathroom and central heating. The terrace is adjoining the living room and has a wonderful view over the green hills.

On the second floor you have a big garage with tabletennis and a Dart.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom . At the back of this villa you will find a luxurious kitchen with all modern conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher. From the kitchen you can walk to the terras where the swimmingpool is. Around the pool area are sun beds and parasols with a dining table and chairs and a BBQ.The villa has heating.
The villa is perfect for two families.
Two times a week the house will be cleaned,this is including the rental sum.
