Besides that, the residence radiates snugness, you will feel at home right away. From the living room you can walk right on to the balcony. The surroundings of your villa

While letting all the splendour of Charlyze sink in, you would almost forget that the beach is only 5 kilometres away. Wonderful broad sandy beaches, located along the Mediterranean Sea with behind it the snug boulevard of Lloret de Mar. On the broad sandy beach you can try out several water sport activities. The place is known throughout Europe as a cosmopolitan seaside resort with an exciting night life and is only 80 kilometres away from Barcelona. Lloret used to be known for its ship building and fishery, just like the neighbouring picturesque town of Tossa de Mar, which is only 11 kilometres away. But in the second half of the 20th century the town turned to tourism. From here followed a nice combination of the old city centre with a crisscross of shopping streets and an active night life with an enormous diversity in bars and clubs. The memories of the past are wonderfully combined with the glorious sandy beaches. Lloret was founded from pre-Roman settlements, that can still be viewed to this day. Main showpieces from the architectural treasures are the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and diverse hermit chapels. The excellent accessibility of Lloret de Mar and the many activities like the golf courses, water park, dolfinarium, riding schools and sports centres will make it an unforgettable holiday. Another nice trip worth recommending are, for example, the botanical gardens of Marimutra in Blanes. Here you will find more than 3000 different plant species. Vidreres, which is 15 kilometres away, is another nice typical Catalan village where not many tourists can be found and you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals. It has a nice church in the centre with around it some shops. You won’t have to be bored a single day in and around Lloret de Mar. And it is only a small drive up to your own holiday home Charlyze.
