Villa Tropicana is a big villa with stunning sea views, a large private garden with a big private pool and a large playground, ideal for children. The villa is divided into three floors, each with a kitchen with dishwasher and one or two bathrooms per floor. From all floors you have a magnificent sea view. On the middle floor of the villa there is a special space. Here you have the possibility to sit with everyone at the big table to have for example a nice diner together The pool is located on an adjacent area. Here you can use the deck chairs and you have a magnificent view over the mediterranean sea, which lays the whole day in the sun. In front of the villa is a large playground with artificial grass, here you and and the children can play and do different types of sports and activities. There are two goals, a trampoline and playhouses. Your Car can be safely park on the driveway behind a locked gate. The villa is situated in an upmarket neighborhood located on a quiet street, a short distance from the beautiful beach named "Cala Canyelles". This beach have a restaurant and a little harbour. This accommodation is ideal for large families or large groups or family, because of the spacious layout, the large area (2.200m2) and the three separate floors.

The surroundings of your villa

Canyelles is located in a beautiful bay, that is carved out of the rocks. It is a wonderful idyllic place for which you normally have to travel a much bigger distance. Now it is almost yours. Tossa de Mar also has a nice and romantic character, that is only 10 kilometers away. Tossa has a very nice and snug center with restaurants where the freshly caught fish is served right onto your plate. Of course you can find more excitement in Lloret de Mar in the other direction along the coast. This place is 80 kilometers removed from Barcelona and is known throughout Europe as a cosmopolitan seaside resort with an exciting night life. Memories of the past combine perfectly with the wonderful sandy beaches. Lloret is founded from pre Roman settlements, that can still be viewed to this day. Main architectural showpieces are the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and several hermit chapels. Before that Lloret was mostly known for its ship building and fishery, but half way through the 20th century it changed to tourism. This resulted in a pleasant combination of the charisma of the old city centre with numerous shopping streets and an active night life with an enormous variety of bars and clubs. On the broad sandy beaches you can undertake several water sport activities. But there are also a lot of nice activities to do, like the golf courses, the water park, the dolfinarium, riding schools and sports centres. The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.
