La Fortalesa is located at the side of Lloret de Mar in a quiet neighbourhood Rocca Grossa (big rock). When you drive up the hills you will find the residence in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can easily park your car in this street. The entrance of La Fortalesa is located on the first floor, that you can reach via a small set of steps. The owner of the villa lives on the ground floor of this villa. During your stay you can make use of all the facilities in and around the villa in peace and quiet. La Fortalesa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so that you can easily live in this villa with six people. The cosy living room with fireplace has a snug feeling to it like the rest of the entire house. The nice balcony immediately gives you that holiday feeling with its breathtaking view. You can sit down here and enjoy a drink or bite to eat while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea in front of you. A view that is almost tangible. Outside you can enjoy yourself even more in the nice garden. The main showpiece of La Fortalesa is located at the front of the villa in the form of a beautiful swimming pool in which you can always take a refreshing dive. The surroundings of the swimming pool easily makes you think of a beautiful holiday resort, so that you have to be careful not to mistake your travelling companions for waiters. While letting all the nice things that La Fortalesa has to offer sink in, you would nearly forget that the beach is only 2 kilometres away. Wonderful broad sandy beaches along the nice Mediterranean Sea with behind you the nice boulevard of Lloret. A nice and lively combination, which can make choosing the place to enjoy the sun from somewhat difficult. Besides that, the lively centre of Lloret is really nearby. Lloret is founded from pre-Roman settlements, that can still be viewed to this day. Main showpieces are the architectural treasures like the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and different hermit chapels. This place is of course well known and famous for its nightlife. You can find entertainment in every street of Lloret. Going out for a bite to eat, a drink, or looking for the right souvenir, it can all be found at the bottom of the hill of Roca Grossa. But there are also golf courses, riding schools, a go-cart track, a spectacular swim paradise, that are definitely worth visiting. You don’t have to be bored a single day in and around Lloret de Mar. Arrival and departure

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video's

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

The refundable deposit of € 200 shall be paid to the caretaker upon your arrival.

Payment info

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.

The payments can be made by bank transfer or by easy and safe credit card- or Paypal-payment. In any case you can cancel your reservation Free of Cost within 3 days of making your reservation. More payment information
