Anik is situated on a quiet street with destination traffic. You can park your car safely on private property. Anik is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 4000 meters. Anik is situated under street level. The entrance is on the first floor. Anik is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ground floor: Here you find the 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The interior of Anik is original spanish and functional. The inside is light with a cosy amtosphere. Anik disposes of a a nice view the surrounding forests. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the frontside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through the terrace . Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Anik has disposal of a permanent stone bbq cooking utensils.

The surroundings of your villa

Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Drawn by these riches, many famous artist have found serenity and peace at this Spanish part of coast.

Arrival and departure

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video’s.

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week, to be paid when checking in at the homeservice office. A deposit of 50,- is required which will be refunded together with the deposit of the accommodation.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

Please notice: the reservation of your USB Internet stick is binding, as it is reserved exclusively for you in our homeservice office. You may cancel your USB internet stick reservation by e-mail until one week before arrival. Any cancellations within 1 week before arrival will be fully charged.

Payment information

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.

The payments can be made by bank transfer or by easy and safe credit card- or Paypal-payment. In any case you can cancel your reservation Free of Cost within 3 days of making your reservation. More payment information
