Maximum enjoyment starts here. Casa de Dos is a joint residence with a flowery garden with several levels and a beautiful terrace of which you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Just simply from your own garden, you won’t believe your eyes. A three minute drive with the car and you are at the beach. The terrace of your residence is partly covered, so that you can read that book in the shade. In the garden you can find a stone barbecue. Your children will quickly find their way to the playground and sports field that is 50 metres away. There is something for everybody. For a refreshing dive you can pay a visit to the swimming pool of Club Aire Libre which is approximately 900 metres away. Neither the outside nor the inside of the residence falls short. From the terrace you can walk right into the living room, where there is a sitting are with television and fireplace and a dining area. Besides that you can find the kitchen downstairs. One floor higher you can find 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

Casa de Dos is located in the neighbourhood of Santa Maria de Llorell, which is beautifully located between the nice seaside resorts of Tossa de Mar (3km) and Lloret de Mar (8km) and looks out over the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa neighbourhood is green and spacious with 2 own sandy beaches. The beach has plenty of places to park and there is a nice bar where you can get small meals. The neighbourhood is closed off by a guard and barrier (when arriving at Santa Maria de Llorel you pay 10 euro per car for an access sticker to the neighbourhood), so that not anybody can enter the neighbourhood or go to the beach. This gives an extra safe feeling to the neighbourhood, which makes it very suitable for families with small children.

The surroundings of your villa

When exploring the region outside Santa Maria de Llorell you will find the nice fishing village Tossa de Mar only 3 kilometres away. This is one of the places on the Costa Brava with the most remains from its founding period. When life along the coast became too dangerous because of the raids from the enemies, people started to build walls around them to live behind. The castle Vila Vella in Tossa de Mar with its small streets and stairs has stayed intact. In the romantic castle you can find many excellent restaurants and nice shops that make the search for a nice souvenir that much easier. Tossa also has a beautiful broad sandy beach that seems to be carved out of the rocks and has a rough and sweet feeling to it. If you want a little more excitement, you can travel 8 kilometres in the other direction to the lively Lloret de Mar. Lloret de Mar is a lively place where you can of course experience the nightlife or entertain yourself in many streets with restaurants and shops. But there is also a lot to do for the more active holiday-maker, like playing golf, a big water park, a dolfinarium, riding schools and sports centres. You won’t have to be bored a single day.
