General information

Gemini is situated on a on a quiet street with destination traffic. You can park your car in this street. Gemini is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 1500 meters. The villa Gemini is a 16 person luxery house, divided in two seperate houses. This luxury villa is fully equiped for 16 persons, and has two private pools, surrounding terasses and seaview.
Layer 1: Left of the first house you will find the terrass and private pool. Interior you will find the couzy living with dining area, a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms (both with shower/sink/toilet) and the 4 two person bedrooms (2x2 single beds and 2x2 double beds).
Layer 2: This apartment has a big pool and large terrass with stone and and artificial grass surrounding the pool. The interior is similar to layer 1.
You have access to the balcony from the living room, kitchen . The interior of Gemini is modern spanish with good state of maintenance. The inside is light with a modern atmosphere. Gemini disposes of a an impressive view the Mediterranean Sea. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Gemini has disposal of 2 permanent stone bbqs.
The villa Gemini is very well suited for several families, with preservation of privacy. For the use of the airco you will be charged 150 Euro per week. This holdiay residence is very suitable for several families because of the privacy. Upon arrival in Santa Maria de Llorel you will have to pay 10 Euro per car for admittance in the Urbanisation.

Santa Maria de Llorell
This quiet and well kept villa area is situated along the coast between Tossa de Mar (at 3 kilometers) and Lloret de Mar (at 8 kilometers). Once you arrive here, there is no reason to leave. This urbanisation has it all: private sandy beach with parking facilities, communal pools, supermarket, restaurant, a small internet cafe and a big pond with many fish. On the beach you will find a bar with small snacks. Your view is over the green hills and of course the deep blue Mediterranian Sea.
The residential area is guarded so that not just anybody can enter or visit the beach. This villa area is ideal for families with children.

Tossa de Mar
This is one of the towns on the Costa Brava with most remains from the time it was founded. In those times the coast was pestered with looters from the sea, so people build large citadels to shelter them from harm. In Tossa de Mar, the romantic citadel Vila Vella with its narrow streets is well kept and now harbours many excelent fish restaurants.
Tossa de Mar also has wide sandy beaches, where you can undertake many activities and watersports. You can also walk along the promenade with its many inviting terraces. Tossa is certainly also worth a visit during the evening.
From Tossa you can escape the coastal activities on a trip inland, where you will discover an oasis of tranquility and where you can wittness trades such as pottery and basket weaving.
The nightlife and shoppingstreets of Lloret de Mar are only an 11 kilometeres drive.
