But most of the tourists who visit Spain have only mild idea about watching flamenco, spotting exotic paella or about eating traditional tapas. <\/span><\/p>\n

The fact that Spain has remained under control of a number of influences including Moorish, Christians, Muslims etc. gives rise to the fact that Spain<\/strong><\/a> is a country that truly aspires to remain united even while carrying diverse flavors and customs.<\/span>

Tapas are other favorites among Spanish people and as a visitor to Spain, this something that you must experience.<\/span>

The national team of Spain is included in the world\u2019s elite. Bullfighting has long been a controversial tradition Spain and event takes place in plaza de toros throughout the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Flamenco is the traditional music and dance of Spain and it has originated in Andalusia<\/a>. The three aspects of Flamenco: el baile, el cante and la guitarra play an important role in the dance. A typical performance includes intense dancing, colorful dresses and rhythmic stomping. The guitar that is used for playing music throughout the world is also an invention of Spain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Siesta<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Siesta is the term for daily rest period. Spanish people go for rest between 2 PM to 5 PM. During this time they go home, eat, sleep and spend time with family. Most of the public buildings and shops close during this time and allow people to enjoy.<\/span><\/p>\n
