\"\"<\/a>Montjuic — the Jewish Mountain is situated high above the city center of Barcelona<\/strong><\/a>. It is a luxuriant, residential enclave which is known for bestowing amazing city views and displaying spectacular art like you would have never seen before.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pla\u00e7a Espanya<\/strong><\/a> is the transportation hub of Montjuic and is quite accessible by the L1 and L3 metro lines. After reaching Pla\u00e7a Espanya you can easily reach Montjuic by taking a walk along Gran via. If you do not want to travel by Metro you can avail one of the city bus services that are available from popular spots such as L’Eixample and Pla\u00e7a Catalunya.<\/span><\/p>\n

As soon as you will exit from your bus or Metro to the Pla\u00e7a Espanya, you will be able to see Museu Nacional d’Arte<\/strong><\/a> de Catalunya or MNAC. The view of this art center looming from the pinnacle of a large stone staircase will be amazing. The walk away to the museum is also lined with beautiful fountains making the entrance to the museum a grand threshold.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also visit the famous Catalonian artist Joan Miro<\/strong><\/a>. The artist is quite famous for his imaginative and figurative works that feature abstracts of birds, stars, women and other basic figures. You may also browse the bookshop which is known for some mind blowing collections of books.<\/span><\/p>\n

The former Olympic diving complex of Barcelona is also a treasure but it is not very famous. You can enjoy swimming here while gazing at a number of landmarks including Sagrada Familia<\/strong><\/a>. The pool is never crowded and the setting is known to be quite stunning.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the late evening, you must visit the Font Magica<\/strong> <\/a>which was built for the purpose of world exposition in the year 1929. These enormous musical fountains are beautifully choreographed and you can see the fountains dancing after every half-hour during the summer evenings. You’ll be thrilled to watch various combinations of themes that are tacky, entertaining, inspiring and weird as well.<\/span><\/p>\n
