Spanish Tortilla  Also known as Spanish on rate, Spanish tortilla is absolutely different then traditional American omelettes. Spanish tortilla does not have cheese but it is very thick egg mixture that is fried and includes boiled potatoes along with onions. A Spanish tortilla can be around 1 1\/2 inches thick and it is eaten by adding it like cake.
