A lot of people who are interested in camping enjoy the extended getaway before they set for any other destination on the mountains or neighboring regions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The airport of Girona is just 10 km from the main city of Girona.<\/strong> It does not take more than an hour to reach Girona from Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\n

This campground is present around the N 11 road just ahead of Girona’s airport in the way of Barcelona. The campground is located in quite a rural area and is about 8 km from the main Girona town.<\/strong> There is a plenty that one can enjoy in this grassy and spacious campground.<\/strong><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n

Both camper vans and tents are allowed and you could bring them along on the site. You also get the convenience of using electrical connections and you’re also allowed to hitch your tent to one of the 45 camping spaces that are available.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esponella Campground<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

This is a colossal campground and has around 237 campsites which are open for year-round RVs, tents and chalets. It is one of the preferred campgrounds as it is located just near the river and a situated towards the north of Girona town. The airport is at a mere half in our distance. A lot of people like to combine resort life with a good outdoor life. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Esponella Campground<\/strong> <\/a>facilitates include tennis courts, heated swimming pools, miniature golf, a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a car wash also. You can also rent bikes and explore the natural beauty in the surrounding area.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Sirena Campsite<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is one of the most favorite campsite<\/strong><\/a> as it is located on a beachside, just an hour drive from Girona town. The camp is surrounded by L’Estartit\u2019s resort community and the beautiful countryside that is filled with flowers. The coasts is just near the campsite and this camp is one of the favorites with diverse<\/span><\/p>\n

. Facilities like pool tables, restaurants, electricity, water, showers and laundry for cities are at disposal during the camp. Since the beaches are lined with a number of Spanish food restaurants people can take delight in having tapas and attending La Sirena Campsite.<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
