Lloret de <\/strong>Mar\u2019s main asset is its geographical location on the Mediterranean coast. Thanks to this, the town enjoys a great deal of sunshine all the year around. Indeed, on the Costa Brava<\/strong>, rainy days are scarce and rainfall mainly occurs in March, April and October (about 1 week of rain per month). In summer there may be a few showers or an occasional thunderstorm. But rest assured, the Lloret <\/strong>sunshine<\/strong> has some great beach days<\/strong> in store for you!<\/p>\n

We recommend that you are careful however, even off-season. The Spanish sun may prove to be very strong and we recommend that those with fragile or sensitive (made sensitive by winter!) skins protect themselves. Use sun cream, wear a T-shirts, stay out of the sun when it is at its strongest and only go out in the morning or in late afternoon: all good advice to avoid sunburn and skin diseases!<\/p>\n

Nice weather all year round<\/h2>\n

Another advantage of this Mediterranean climate<\/strong>: temperatures are pleasant all year round. There are indeed few changes in air or water temperature. Thus, the thermometer rarely exceeds 30\u00b0 in summer and almost never goes below 0 in winter. It may be noted also that w<\/strong>inters are <\/strong>quite short<\/strong> in Lloret. Indeed the town is protected by the hills that surround it and its closeness to the sea.<\/p>\n

From spring till autumn, the climate <\/strong>at<\/strong> Lloret<\/strong> is pleasant. What\u2019s more, it is ideal for those who love sports and outdoor activities <\/strong>and enjoy nature.
