To avoid disappointment, ensure that you ask if the chocolate and the churros <\/strong>are \u201ccaseros\u201d, that is to say homemade.<\/p>\n

Note that as for most Spanish dishes, we talk of a \u201craci\u00f3n de churros\u201d (ration of churros) which in this case means around 4 or 5 of these excellent fried dough. If at first that seems rather small for the hungry, we can guarantee that with all the extra chocolate, it\u2019s plenty!<\/p>\n

Good places to eat churros in Lloret<\/h2>\n

We can find them in many cafes, restaurants and hotels but also in places that specialise in churros called \u201cchurrerias\u201d or \u201cxurrerias\u201d.<\/strong> If you prefer to eat them in the comfort of your holiday home<\/a><\/strong>, it is possible to buy them frozen from the supermarket and you can fry them yourselves. However, believe us when we say that nothing is as good as the churros served hot from a \u201cchurreria\u201d!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cafeteria Delicias<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This cafeteria serves many <\/strong>dishes and snacks<\/strong> but specialises in churros. They are served with homemade chocolate. The ration <\/strong>of <\/strong>churros with hot chocolate <\/strong>is priced at 3.30\u20ac. In high-season, the churros are served from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 12.30.<\/p>\n

Taverna <\/strong>X<\/strong>urreria Serca<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Here, you can eat your churros <\/strong>on the pleasant, large terrace. These homemade Spanish fritters are served straight from the fryer and are therefore very \u201cfresh\u201d. For those with a more savoury taste, you can find a large selection of tapas and montaditos <\/strong>(little sandwiches with garnish on top served as tapas).<\/p>\n
