Malaga is the capital of the Costa del Sol that has quickly turned into a cosmopolitan city and offers something for everyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few reasons\nthat Malaga is the perfect European city to visit in winter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perfect\ntemperature<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malaga is on the coast\nand has an average winter temperature of 17 degrees. This makes it a perfect\ndestination because you can enjoy outdoors and explore the city and\nsurroundings. There are many things to do in Malaga in winters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Easy\ntransport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city has its well\nequipped and modern airport which makes it easier for tourists to reach the\ncity. The airport is located at a distance of a 15-minute train journey from\nthe center of the city. It is the former palace-fortress of the\nthen Moslem rulers of the city. Some parts of the citadel date back to the\neleventh century but most of it is dated to the fourteenth century. It is a\nbeautiful building as it is built on a spur and fits in with the surroundings.\nThe citadel is known for its extensive gardens and provides stunning views of\nthe city. The citadel showcases unique decorative styles including marble\ncolumns, ceilings, ceramics, and pottery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Picasso\nMuseum<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is one of the most\nfamous museums in the city. Pablo Picasso the founder of the cubist movement\nwas born in Malaga in 1881 and you can view many of his early works in the\nmuseum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Malaga\nBotanic Gardens<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malaga\u2019s botanic gardens were founded in 1855. There is a section that features Australian native plants.
