Surrounded by terraces of olive trees, vineyards, almond trees and undergrowth, its exceptional location in a protected area offers views of both the sea (Bahía de Gandía) and the mountains.
The property has a large garden with grass (not fenced), a 15 x 5 meter swimming pool, outdoor furniture (deckchairs, tables, chairs, etc.).
There is a covered terrace with views of the garden and pool.
