This heavenly authentic finca is located in a charming area of unique nature with stunning views over the Mediterranean hills near Sant Miguel. The rooms are decorated tastefully, arty and with loving attention to detail and will spoil even the most far traveled guest with their high standards and relaxed luxury.
The property has 41,000m2, of which 10,000m2 is fully fenced with access via video phone amidst the stunning scenery and views of the sea in the distance.
The Finca has about 311m2 on two floors. Entry to the Finca is through a grand wooden door which leads you into the lounge with satellite TV. From here you enter a large comfortable kitchen with generous dining area, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob and a beautiful fire place.
One master bedroom with en-suite shower, a second double bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower. On the second floor is third bedroom with two single beds.
The living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. In the kitchen there are steps leading to a loft with a futon, there is also another futon in the living room, each can take a child up to 10 years (at an extra charge) .
The whole Finca was finished in 2004 therefor all technical and sanitary appliances are up to date. There is an external adjoining laundry room with washing machine and dryer
A separate 60m2 apartment is located beside the pool area, with one double bedroom and individual bedroom a bathroom with shower and lounge area with air conditioning, suitable for 3 people max.
The pool (8,5 x 4,5)which is surrounded by trees and garden has a teak terrace sun beds and parasols. Beside the chill out and BBQ area there is an outdoor bathroom and shower. A ping-pong table is also available.
Climbing external stairs there is also a solarium overlooking the mountains and the sea beyond.
