Through the original front door, we find ourselves in the Hall, and the magnificent open staircase leading up to the first floor, with the house being distributed as follows:

Entrance Hall:
Large interior hall. Library with reading corner, fireplace and lift from the ground floor to the Main Suite.
Main Lounge equipped with satellite TV (47" LED screen), with access to the terrace and the outside dining room.
Independent dining room for 11 people.
Main kitchen, fully equipped with glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
Separate larder. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Ground Floor:
1 double bedroom with fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, and magnificent views of the Dalt Vila (Ibiza) and the harbor. A staircase to the floor below provides access to the en suite bathroom with access to the garden.

These two bedrooms, together with the dining room and kitchen, can be used either as an integral part of the house or as a separate annex, should you require greater privacy, given that they have their own access to the outside and lockable partition doors.

First Floor:
1 bedroom – main suite with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with panoramic bath tub, large dressing room and private terrace. This bedroom also has direct access by lift from the ground floor. Equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning.
1 double bedroom with two single beds side by side, en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace. Equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning.

Outside:
Private swimming pool, 12 x 6 m. Shower. Large terrace with walls made of Ibiza stone and porch with saving rafters surrounding the swimming pool and providing great privacy. This terrace is furnished with a pleasant outdoor lounge, outdoor dining room for 12 persons, hammocks, sunshades, and sunbeds

In a house next door lives a couple of Filipino housekeepers working on cleaning and maintenance and they, by previous agreement with the owner, can make extra services (cleaning, breakfast, errands, etc.)
