La Punta has had a total reform 2017. This pretty villa has a new American style kitchen, three bedrooms, two with en-suite and one double bedroom with access to a family bathroom with bathtub.

There are also electric low consumption radiators for cooler weather at the beginning and end of the season.

There is a brick built barbecue area with dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. This area also has a shower room.
The villa also has a large covered terrace at the entrance with dining furniture and relaxing sofa. Sun beds surround the pool in beautifully maintained garden and there is a ping pong table for extra entertainment.
