A beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom farmhouse with private heated swimming pool and Wifi, set in an elevated position in the countryside in Pollensa surrounded by olive trees and gardens. The villa has 4 bedrooms plus 2 loft bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a cloakroom. There is a large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, TV, seating and dining area with lovely mountain views, 2 fully equipped kitchens one inside and one outside where the BBQ is situated. Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 1 double with en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a beautiful spacious bedroom with superking bed, bath and double sink. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a further shower room. Please note the loft rooms have limited ceiling height so only suitable for children. The country house is surrounded by terraces and has a covered games area which includes table tennis and a pool table. There is a lovely circular pool which measures 5m in diameter (depth 1.8m) with Roman steps and surrounded by wooden decking which can be heated at no extra charge. Pool towels are also provided for guest use. The property also benefits from air conditioning and heating. The property is just 2.2 miles from the historic old town of Pollensa and 3kms from Port de Pollensa where you will find a lovely beach and plenty of bars/restaurants and shops. Campo de Golf is just 1km away. Please note that as a finca the property is close to farmland which may be occupied by livestock at certain times of the year. WiFi is available in this property at no extra charge.
