The distance to the beach is 2000 meters. Maximium is situated under street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through stairs upstairs. Maximium is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. Ground floor: Here you find the 1 bedroom. First floor: Here you find the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second floor: Here you find the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior of Maximium is original spanish with focus on minor details. The inside is light with an authentic atmosphere. Maximium disposes of a a splendid view the Mediterranean Sea. Maximium has a built surface of 630 square meters. You have to your disposal a natural garden. You find the swimming pool at the side of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs downside. This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the big personal space.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Arrival and departure

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and videos.

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week, to be paid when checking in at the homeservice office. A deposit of € 50,- is required which will be refunded together with the deposit of the accommodation.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

Please notice: the reservation of your USB Internet stick is binding, as it is reserved exclusively for you in our homeservice office. You may cancel your USB internet stick reservation by e-mail until one week before arrival. Any cancellations within 1 week before arrival will be fully charged.

The refundable deposit of € 500 shall be paid to the caretaker upon your arrival.

Payment info

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.

The payments can be made by bank transfer or by easy and safe credit card- or Paypal-payment. In any case you can cancel your reservation Free of Cost within 3 days of making your reservation. More payment information
