How can I search?

It´s really easy to find your perfect vacation villa within 1000s of beautiful villas on the Spanish coast! Just use the search engine on the front page to find all available accommodations for the arrival and departure dates that you require. You can also refine your search even more by using the additional filters. For example: pool type, city, pets allowed, youngsters allowed, internet and distance to the beach. After that you can filter the way the available villas are shown. For example: ´Best reviews First´ or ´Lowest Price First´ Click on the picture of the villa to see more information. Voila! Easy, right?

How can I compare accommodations?

To compare you have 2 options: either you go to the section ´viewed villa´ (that will show all the villas you have seen) or to the ´add to favorites´ section. Here you wil find all villas that you have earmarked by giving them a ´heart´. Both these sections are found on the top right of the pages.

Where can i find more useful information about the areas?

Do all accommodations have internet?

We understand that, for a lot of people, internet access if like oxygen these days. Unfortunately still not all our accommodations offer internet access. Only if ´Internet access´ is listed under the facilities, there will be internet. Do all accommodations have airconditioning or heating? Only the villas that have airconditioning or heating mentioned under ´Facilities´ on the villa page will have that.

What is the ´110% Satisfaction Guarantee´?

We guarantee that the holiday residence you rent corresponds with the description on our website. If the factual characteristics of the holiday residence you have rented do not match the description on our website, please call us immediately. Residences that do not match the previously described characteristics or residences that have unsolvable shortcomings in the interior fall within this regulation. After you have reported this, we will resolve the shortcomings. However, if that is not possible, we will always try to offer you an alternative residence. The surroundings of a holiday residence are subject to external influences. Thus, the description can change depending on the season or the weather. If you decide not to make use of the residence and the possible offered alternative, you can always demand your money back. And not only will we refund your full payment, but we will also add an additional 10% to compensate your inconveniences. Within a few days you will have your money transferred into your bank account. We are completely sure that no other rental company offers you this guarantee.

What is the ´Lowest Price Guarantee´?

We want you to be 100% assured that you book our villas with the Lowest Price on the entire internet! Club Villamar has, when setting up the contracts with the residence owners, laid down a Lowest Price Guarantee in the contracts. That means that the price that you can find on Clubvillamar.com always is the lowest price. Nevertheless, in case you find the same holiday residence for a lower price and under the same conditions (same period, amount of people, services), Club Villamar will give you the same as the other party. This regulation applies to the rent without the guarantee, because you will get that back at the end of your holiday. With the same conditions means also that differences created by early or late bookings don't fall under this regulation. A last-minute booking could be cheaper, also on our own website. You can lay a claim to this regulation before the reservation, during, or even up to 7 days after the moment of reservation. After that the possibility of reclaiming expires. We only ask for evidence per e-mail for verification of the claim.

Can bring my pet?

We fully understand if you would like to take your four-legged friend(s) with you! We love pets too! Unfortunately not all our owners think the same way. There is an easy way to search for villas that do allow your pets. After you filled in the search menu, refine your search to click on “More options” and mark the “pets allowed”. After you clicked on show the .. options, the search engine will shown you all accommodations available in the period you are interested in, in which pets are welcome.

What is the exact address of the accommodation?

On the Club Villamar website you will find a map where you can see the area where the accommodation is situated. In most cases you can even already see the exact address. This way you can easily check the surroundings and even switch to have a satellite view. If our website does not show the exact location, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation and also the directions to the accommodation, after we received your first payment.

Can I ask for a last minute rate?

We would love to rent out to you for a discounted rate for a last minute arrival. If you are planning to arrive within 2 weeks of making a reservation, please contact the reservations department to see if a discount can be given. We will contact the owner to see if he wants to rent out at a discounted rate and get right back at you.

Is it allowed to come with more people than stated as the maximum on the website?

Each accommodation on the Club Villamar website is available for a certain number of people. You can always stay with fewer people. Please contact our reservation team, in case your group exceeds the number of people allowed in the accommodation you are interested in. Our team will do their best to find a solution for you. If it is possible you can stay in the accommodation with more persons, a supplement (usually of 150€) will be asked. Only after our written approval can you stay with more persons at a villa. If you do not have permission the contract can be canceled without any refund, so please ask for permission.

Do children have to be counted as part of the booking?

Only children under 3 years do not have to be counted as part of the booking. 2 Extra babies are allowed in the accommodation.

Do all guests as 1 group need to be over 18 years old?

The person who made the booking must have reached the age of 18 years. The other participants must be have an age of at least 17 years at the moment of the stay. For every person with the age of 17, we require a copy of the first page of our general conditions. The parents need to write on this paper that they agree that their son or daughter rents a villa, as well their ID card number or passport number and sign. If they are more than 6 persons under 18, the deposit will be 150€ per person (without limitation) Once the client is informed by us by e-mail, the reservation continuous with the same conditions as any other reservation under our general conditions.

Arrival day and minimum stay?

The arrival day is different for each area, for more information please check the information on each webpage of the accommodation. The minimum required stay is also variable.

How to make a booking?

When you have found your perfect holiday accommodation, you can easily make an online reservation by clicking on the orange 'Book this villa' button. Please do not do this as a way to reserve several villas while you figure out which one to choose. That can potentially leave many villas blocked for other guests. Some accommodations have restrictions for for example the ages of the guests (youngsters of families) pets. If smoking or barbequeing is allowed. These restrictions are mentioned in the text on the webpage of the accommodation. After filling in all steps of the reservation form, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. You will not receive any documents by regular mail and you are not required to sign anything. Your reservation is not complete without your payment. Your privacy is guaranteed. We will never share your personal details with third parties.

How can I make an option?

You can make a reservation on our website. After you will have 5 days to confirm it by making the deposit payment or to cancel your reservation. If you made a payment directly after your reservation and your reservation is not a last-minute, You are allowed to cancel free of costs within 3 days. We will refund your payment. You can also ask us to make an option for you.

Why I cannot see the accommodation anymore on the website after I have booked?

´I booked this villa and cannot find it anymore!´ No stress! Accommodations are always visible on our website. Once you have made a reservation, please do not search the accommodation by availability (as it will not be available because you have made a reservation), but by the accommodation name you can write under “More options”.

What is the ´Cancellation fund´?

The ´Cancellation fund´ is optional. You wil find this option in the second step of the reservation process. It makes sure that you are not confronted with the costs when you have to cancel your reservation. It´s like a cancellation insurance.

What is the ´Damage Fund´?

To cover possible damages to the accommodation, we either ask a refundable deposit of participation in the ´Damage Fund´. These are obligatory. This means that you will not have to pay a security deposit upon arrival. It´s like an insurance and is non-refundable. You will find this on the ´additional costs´ section on every webpage.

What are ´Youngsters´ and what accommodations can they book?

Some owners do not like groups of partying younger people in their villa. We have to respect that. That is why, for some villas, we have a minimum age limit. This will be mentioned on the villa page. If you do wish to come with a group of younger people (most of the times under 25 years of age average), please search by ´Youngsters allowed´. Of course families with children are welcome in all our villas.

Is the first and final cleaning included in the renting?

The accommodations are clean upon your arrival but final cleaning of most accommodations is not included in the price.

How much does the final cleaning cost?

You will find the information on each webpage of the accommodation, under 'additional costs'. But even we expect you to do some things in the villa like cleaning the barbecue, empty the dishwasher, take the tras out keep the worktops clean, etc.

Where can i find reviews about Club Villamar?

Most of our accommodations have reviews filled in by former guests to tell you about their experiences. You will also find more reviews here. We also collaborate with Trustpilot, a well known and trusted source for 3rd party reviews

Payments: how and when?

The payment process: You make a reservation earlier than 8 weeks of arrival: First payment by credit card via Paypal or by banktransfer or I-deal payment. The final payment will have to be made by bank transfer 8 weeks before arrival. You make a reservation within 8 weeks of arrival: Payment for the full amount by Paypal or by banktransfer or I-deal payment. You make a reservation within 7 days of arrival: (last-minute) Payment for the full amount by Paypal or by banktransfer or I-deal payment. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please send us a copy of your transfer to reservations@clubvillamar.com. As soon as we have received your transfer, we will let you know by email. If we have not received your payment or proof before arrival, we will have to cancel your reservation.

Is it safe to pay?

We only use safe payment methods. It is possible to pay with credit card, Paypal, Ideal and of course regular bank transfer.

Do you accept Holiday Cheques?

Because of the difficulties of cashing cheques, we unfortunately cannot accept any cheques.

Can I arrive later other than the normal check in time?

Yes, you can, however a supplement of 50€ can be charged in this case. Please ask us if you require an irregular check in time. If you would like to check in earlier than the mentioned times, please let us know so we can try to arrange it.

Will somebody take us to the accommodation?

After we received your first payment, we will send you the directions to the accommodation or to a homeservice office. Once you arrive to our Homeservice offices you will get all necessary information to get to the holiday accommodation by yourselves and start enjoying your holiday right away. If you have to drive directly to the accommodation, you have to call 1 hour before arrival our caretaker. This person will be awaiting for you at the accommodation.

What documents are required by the check in?

Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive all the necessary documents by e-mail. The document you should bring at your arrival is the reservation confirmation and your passport for identification.

Do we need an ID card or passport to travel to Spain?

Yes, the ID or passport for al the participants is required, also for children and babies.

Any extra charge for electricity and water?

For most of our accommodations the use of electricity and water is included. If not, it´s mentioned under the ´Additional costs´ section on the villa page.

What about bedlinen and towels?

Bed linen and towels are mostly not included in the rental price. You will find the information on each webpage of the accommodation, under 'additional costs'. If you still have doubts or further questions please contact the reservations office.

How much do I have to pay for the security deposit, and when and how do I receive it back?

The refundable deposit can be paid in cash at the Home-service office or Caretaker. You can also make an arrangements with the reservation department to pay the refundable deposit in advance by bank transfer. After the inspection of the accommodation has been done (after your check out) the deposit will be refunded by bank within 10 days. You will receive an e-mail to inform you that it has been sent. The amount of the deposit is stated on every page. In case of groups of youngsters with an average age under 25 the refundable deposit is of 150 Euro per person with a maximum of 1000 Euro.

Do you offer any additional services?

Sometimes it is possible to get several extra services like an extra cleaning, groceries at arrival, a chef at the accomodation etc. Please ask the local agency or contactperson at your arrival about the possibilities and the extra costs.

If the accommodation has a pool is the cleaning included?

The pools are cleaned, and in most cases there is not an extra charge for this. You will find all additional costs on the page with the accommodation details. Pool maintenance personnel have their own key to get into the garden and normally come very early in the morning. But the maintenance personnel for pools and gardens cannot always attend at any given time, and because of this no previous appointments for this work can be given. We ask for your understanding when the maintenance crew attend your property. Maintenance is necessary for the care of the property, and for your own enjoyment of the facilities. Accommodation and Owners’ agents reserve the right to visit their property at any time to undertake essential repairs, maintenance, pool cleaning and gardening. Of course we will try to schedule with the guests.

Do we have to fill in all information about every participant?

Yes, by law you are obliged to provide all information about every participant in your party. When you participate the cancellation fund we will send you an e-mail with a document which has to be filled and send back by e-mail. For the tourist tax we will send you a document by e-mail after we received your last payment. We recommend you that you fill in the complete form and send it back by e-mail before arrival.

In case of any problems who should I contact?

At check-in you will receive all necessary documents and procedures which are important during your stay in the accommodation. You will also get a list with telephone numbers: office numbers and emergency telephone numbers (when the office is closed). You can also visit the Homeservice offices during the opening hours.

What sizes are the beds?

The bed sizes are not the same for every accommodation, if you do not rent the bedlinnen we recommend to take sheets without elastic.


Even if a accommodation does not admit animals we cannot assure you that no animal has ever been in the accommodation, as the owner itself or other people might have brought one into the accommodation. At the beginning and end of the season accommodations may have been vacant for a long period, so the air in the house could be humid. However, this will disappear after about a day of heating/airing.

Barbecue and water?

Some of the holiday homes have a garden grill or barbecue. If you use it, please clean it for the next guest. In summer time it is in Spain against the law to make barbecues with wood or other open fires. Please use coal for the barbecue. We do not recommend you to drink the water from the tap as it has a strong chlorine taste. We strongly advise you to use water wisely as it is a scarce resource in Spain.
