Your villa near Lloret de Mar

Villa Minerva is situated in a quiet and nice urbanization called Serra Brava. The distance to the nearest beach in Canyelles is 2km and the most famous Lloret de Mar beach is 3 8km away. Villa Minerva is located above street level. You can enter easily the villa through 1 pedestrian gate and 1 large car gate. 3 cars can be parked privately and 2 other cars can be parked very close to the villa, but still off-road. Also there is garage for a car and bicycles. Once entered, you have two main entrance doors, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Inside the house you have 3 common living areas, which are connected with indoor and outdoor stairs.

§ ground floor: here you find with a dining/living/kitchen area for 8 persons, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom and living area on the ground floor is air-conditioned (with cooling or heating option).

§ first floor : here you can find a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room for 12 people, wellness area with sauna and steam/shower cabin, guest toilet and 1 air-conditioned studio with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a bathroom, living corner with sofas

§ second floor: here you find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also a very large sunterrace of 60m2 where you have sun for almost the whole day.

Almost every bedroom and all living areas have access to big terraces or balconies on each floor level. There is a lot of light inside due the large windows. On top of this all the windows have rolling shutter. On every floor you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. You find the swimming pool at the ground floor of Villa Minerva and this pool can be accessed directly from the ground living area and bedrooms. Also there are several stairs to access the pool area from the other floors. From the early morning till the evening you can enjoy the sun on these outside terraces.

Serra Brava

This residential villa area is situated in the green hills along the coast between Lloret de Mar (at 2 km) and Tossa de Mar (at 7 km). Because this area was built in the hills, it offers you a marvelous view over the green hills of the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean Sea. The urbanization has several communal pools, tennis courts, minimarket and a restaurant. The sandy beaches of Canyelles is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Lloret de Mar

Lloret de Mar is a town with over 1000 years of history. Through the years Lloret has developed into an important tourist destination, which is dynamic and modern. Lloret de Mari was the pioneer of the booming tourism in Spain in the 1950’s, at that time accommodation and infrastructure was very basic, but after half a century has become a top quality tourist destination with many luxury hotels and gorgeous villas. Nowadays it is a meeting point of different traditions and cultures, this cosmopolitan town has managed to maintain its own identity yet embracing new ideas. Lloret de Mar is located in a privileged position on the Mediterranean sea in southern Europe. Lloret de Mar has been given several Family Tourism awards. During the summer months a large number of family leisure activities are arranged, as well as excursions to explore the surroundings of the town and his urbanizations. Daily several direct and cheap bus connections are available to connect you to surrounding destinations, of which Barcelona is the most famous. Lloret is centrally located at the south of the Costa Brava, only 75 km from Barcelona, 30 km from Girona and 100 km from the French border. It is very well connected by air, sea and motorways. You have 5 very nice beaches over 7 km, which are each year awarded the European Blue flag as part of the Quality Tourism Certification.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Arrival and departure

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video's

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

The refundable deposit of € 500 shall be paid to the caretaker upon your arrival.

Payment info

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.

The payments can be made by bank transfer or by easy and safe credit card- or Paypal-payment. In any case you can cancel your reservation Free of Cost within 3 days of making your reservation. More payment information
