This luxurious villa is situated in the green hills of Font Sant de Llorenc, about 10 minutes drive from the beach and an hour to the magnificent city Barcelona. From this villa you have a fantastic view of the coastline all the way to Blanes. Lloret de Mar, which is known for its turbulent sun-sea-and party summers, is situated only a few kilometres away. But if you prefer to take it easy you can also travel inland, where you will encounter beautiful rural sceneries. If you like the beach, nature, party and Spanish life, this is the place you want to be!

Mirabelle is a lower floor with a private swimming pool only for your use. The upperfloor is unhabited. Mirabelle is situated on a on a quiet street with destination traffic in a quiet urbanisation. You can park your car in this street. The distance to the beach is about 3000 meters. Mirabelle is situated under street level and has a built surface of 120 square meters. You reach the entrance through stairs downstairs. In this tastefully decorated lower floor you enter in the hallway. The interior is modern and the inside is a mix of different colours. Your holiday home has all the luxuries including a stereo, satellite TV and dishwasher. The living room has a lovely view over the coastline and offers direct access to the adjacent terrace with private swimming pool. From here you will enjoy the view over the Mediterranean Sea. Of course the terrace is equipped with sufficient seats, sun-beds and the BBQ, so you can fully participate in the Spanish outdoor way of life. The villa has 3 bedrooms which have a sea-view. There are 2 bathrooms and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, (microwave) oven, refrigerator and washing machine.

Tossa de Mar, which you will find at 9 km distance, is well known for it's well kept old city center. In this coastal town you will find many terraces and cozy restaurants were the fish-dishes are recommended. It's hardly surprising famous artists like Chagall came here to paint. The scenery, with the ragged coastline and idyllic bays, is breath taking. Tossa de Mar will steal your heart.
Golfing fans will like to visit the golf course just outside Lloret de Mar. Nature lovers will like to visit the botanic gardens of Marimurtra. Sporting fans will be excited by all the outdoor and beach sports possibilities offered in Lloret de Mar.

Groups of young people are allowed in this villa.

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video's

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

Payment information

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.
