This new beautiful villa is located in the mountain hills of “Roca Grossa”, near to the famous beach resort Lloret de Mar. This freestanding villa has a fantastic panoramic view over the coastline of the Costa Brava and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, with its numerous idyllic little bays and beaches and green forests. This very luxurious villa is located on a mountain hill side, from which there are beautiful views of the surrounding area. The entrance of this villa is on the third floor. On this floor you will find the living room with seating and dining area, an open fire and satellite TV for your use. The living room is joined to the big terrace with its magnificent view over the green hills and the Mediterranean. An impressive kitchen with all modern facilities is also located on this floor. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. Next to this bathroom there is another bathroom with bath. The 4 bedrooms are all for 2 persons, one has a bunkbed. 3 of the bedrooms have a view over the sea and surroundings. On the first floor, there is an extra space. Via this space you can enter the private swimming pool (32m2). Around the pool there are ample sun beds and parasols. The interior of the villa is modern, inviting, very stylish and luxurious. Next to the villa there is plenty of parking space. This brand new and luxurious villa is a “sure-fire” way for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava! The villa is 11km away form the old fishermen’s village Tossa de Mar which is a typically old Spanish fishermen village with a medieval city centre and an idyllic harbor with excellent fish restaurants to choose from. At the bottom of the mountain, which the villa is located on, you will find the well renowned town of Lloret de Mar, with its lively nightlife and many beautiful shops. Lloret de Mar is famous for its’ broad and white sand beach. After a day in the sun, it’s nice to walk on the boulevard, where especially in the evening a lot of people gather to see and be seen. Blanes, is a famous beach resort, which is also renowned for good fish restaurants and its botanical garden, Marimutra, with more than 3000 species of plants are shown from all over the world, is not far from the villa.

Groups of young people are allowed in this villa.

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video's

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

Payment info

The first payment of 25% should be in our account 5 days after making a reservation. The final payment should be in our account 8 weeks before the arrival date. The complete payment should be made if your reservation is within 8 weeks of your arrival.

The payments can be made by bank transfer or by easy and safe credit card- or Paypal-payment. In any case you can cancel your reservation Free of Cost within 3 days of making your reservation. More payment information
