La Mar is situated on a on a quiet street with destination traffic. You can park your car in a parking space. La Mar is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 3000 meters. La Mar is situated on street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs upstairs. La Mar is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. First floor: Here you find the living room, kitchen, dining room . Second floor: Here you find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have access to the balcony from the living room, dining room and 1 bedroom. The interior of La Mar is more or less old fashioned with luxury. The inside is a mix of different colours with an authentic atmosphere. La Mar disposes of a a nice view the green mountains. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the side of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. La Mar has disposal of a permanent stone bbq running water. The playground appliance is for very young children a welcome distraction. This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the privacy.
Costa Brava
