Cosy semi-detached house located in the residential area of Begur. Surrounded by calm and tranquility, this charming house invites you to relax and enjoy, away from the hectic daily life. On its sunny terrace you can enjoy fantastic views of the mountains of Begur. Its swimming pool and barbecue area is ideal to spend pleasant moments of relax.

The house has 85 m2 built and is distributed in living room, dining room and open plan kitchen in the same room. From this level there is access to the sunny and cosy terrace.

On a slightly higher level, we find a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the outside area there is the pool and barbecue area which is accessed via a staircase downwards. This area is shared.

The house has an outside parking space for the car.
