WONDERFUL MODERN VILLA AT ONLY 5 MINUTES´ DRIVE FROM THE FUSTERA BEACH

Solhabitat Luxe & Style is ideally located in Benissa, between Calpe and Moraira. Calpe can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the centre of Moraira can be reached in less than 20 minutes.

The living area is distributed on one floor and offers a large living/dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and the master suite also with dressing room.
On the first floor, on the right hand of the entry door is the guest toilet, followed by a spacious and bright living /dining room with a wonderful sea view. After the living room is the master suite #1 with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. On the left of the entrance is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms # 2 and # 3 with en-suite bathrooms # 2 and # 3. All bedrooms offer a double bed and air-conditioning. From all the rooms of the house, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and direct access to the large terrace pool terrace.

On the exterior, you can enjoy a covered dining and chill-out area and a jacuzzi. Thanks to its´ south orientation, here you will be able to enjoy the sun the whole day.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious garage with laundry area accessible by an elevator, and enough space to park 3 cars on the exterior.

Large scale celebrations are not allowed. Only friends and family visits are allowed. It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the capacity of the house.
