Less than 2 minutes by car (10 minutes by foot) you will find a shopping area that has restaurants, supermarkets and car rental companies. The Solpark tennis club with gym and fitness is 2km away. A few minutes by car you can visit other beautiful villages of the Spanish Mediterranean such as Javea, Altea and Calpe.

Solhabitat Moraira Elegance is a very comfortable modern villa since all the main rooms of the house (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, pool, terrace and parking) are on the same level, except for a room that is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Outside this amazing house, you will enjoy its covered terrace-dining room, a chillout area, a large outdoor terrace with private pool and comfortable sun loungers to relax in the sun. The house also has WI-FI and satellite TV.

Bedrooms # 1 and # 2 have a double bed, an en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Bedroom # 3 has a double bed, a single bed in suite, an en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. All are equipped with closets and air conditioning.
