Our ‘Sunny Hill’ villa for holiday rentals is situated on a small hill very close to Moraira. Its fantastic panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and the Ifach Rock will blow you away! It lies in tranquil urbanization within Moraira, just 800m away from the town centre, which is less than 12 minute´s walk. You will be able to enjoy the fantastic Moraira beaches without always having to take the car!
This charming rustic villa was tastefully renovated in 2016. The bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated, air conditioning has been installed and a wonderful pool has been built. All of this, and they managed to preserve the original traditional style of the property, with beautiful wooden beams, handmade tiles, terracotta floors and hand-moulded walls.
From the fantastic modern pool, you can enjoy the incredible sea views, day and night, thanks to the LED lighting. The pool is slightly separated from the trees, meaning that it benefits from the sun all day. The south orientation of this property guarantees light and sunshine all day, alongside relaxed afternoons and fabulous sunsets. Next to the pool, there are two exterior showers, one of which has warm water.
Another gem within this property is, without doubt, its vast pine area, measuring over 1500 meters squared; a true oasis in the summer months where the sea breeze will refresh you while relaxing underneath one of the leafy pines. Children will also enjoy this area as there are football goals, a basketball net, a wooden house and a small vegetable garden … what more could you wish for during your family holiday? There is central heating throughout the whole property, through radiators. The property also has a garage with space for one large car, along with a parking area where you could easily fit 3 further cars.
