Comfortable and pleasant house situated in the quiet urbanization Mas Pere, in Calonge. The house is built on one floor and has a surface of 110 m2. It consists of living room and dining room, equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, one of them with access to the terrace, one bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms with shower. The living room has access to a pleasant and sunny terrace equipped with a stone barbecue where you can spend fantastic moments enjoying the wonderful views of the valley and the sea. On a lower level is the sunny swimming pool, perfect for its surrounding and privacy.

Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.

In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
