Welcome to Villa Bienestar! Located just 4500 meters from the beach, this beautifully renovated villa is located in the quiet Mas Pallí neighbourhood in Calonge. With a surface area of 450 m² spread over three floors, the villa offers comfort, style, and stunning mountain views. Ideal for families and friends who enjoy privacy and luxury. Fast Wi-Fi inside and outside. Plenty of parking. Environmentally conscious guests will appreciate the 24 solar panels and the electric car charging point. An oasis of tranquility, just a few minutes' drive from lively boulevards, extensive beaches, and idyllic coves.

The spacious living and dining area opens onto a covered terrace with amazing views of the valley. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother) with a stylish breakfast bar is perfect for a shared breakfast or an evening drink. Relax on the sofas in the living room and watch TV on a large flat-screen.

On this floor there are three fully furnished bedrooms. One suite with a (180 cm wide) double bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds, sharing a bathroom.

On the top floor, there is a beautiful master bedroom with a (180 cm wide) double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony offering breathtaking views.

Lower Floor – Outdoor Area & Entertainment

The large garden features a sizable private pool, hammocks, and lounge beds for ultimate relaxation. There is a covered patio with a spacious dining area for meals with the whole family. The patio features an outdoor kitchen, complete with stone BBQ, oven, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. All the necessary kitchenware is provided. From the patio, you can walk into a large indoor area with a bar, pool table, and foosball table.

The surroundings – Romantic and inspiring on the Costa Brava

Bienestar is only 4.5 km from the beach, so you’ll be there in no time! Enjoy snorkelling in the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea or relax on the snow-white sandy beach. Many beaches along the Costa Brava are located along a promenade, where you will find numerous stalls, street performers, as well as restaurants, charming boutiques, and shops.

For quieter, less touristy beaches, look for signs that say "Cala" instead of "Platja." These beaches are often more secluded and have little to no hospitality services, but they are easy to find online.

A must-visit spot is the ‘Cala de Roques Planes,’ where the exceptionally smooth rocks have been shaped by thousands of years of erosion. While you're in Spain, it’s also highly recommended to visit one of the world’s most famous cities—Barcelona, only about 115 km away. A day trip is a great option, and one of the most impressive sights is Gaudí’s masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia, the enormous basilica in the heart of Barcelona.
