Sunny and comfortable holiday home in Calonge

This beautiful house is located in a very quiet urbanization. Enjoy its surroundings, a large and beautiful garden with trees and plants and a sunny pool area where you can relax while sunbathing.  The children can have fun on the swings surrounded by nature. 

The house has a constructed area of 100 m2 distributed in two floors.

The main floor consists of a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, one of them with access to a nice terrace, and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, next to the house, there is a summer dining room with living room and a kitchen. There is also an outdoor area with barbecue. It is possible to park the car in a parking area inside the property.

The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals,  historical culture,  lots of traditions and much more!

The town of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths. In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.

Calonge has been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
There are some works in the area for improve the urbanization, this work is a long term job, and It can maybe case some disturbes during your stay.
