Your holiday villa near Calonge

This practical holiday home is located in the beautiful and quiet urbanisation of Mas Pallí, just a few kilometres from St. Antoni de Calonge and Platja d'Aro. The villa, with a constructed area of 100 sq. m., is distributed over three floors.

The entrance of the house is on the first floor where we find the living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

The second floor consists of a bedroom with two beds which has access to a sunny terrace with beautiful views.

Outside there is a stone barbecue area and a large private swimming pool where you can relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding area.

The garage is located on the ground floor of the house and has direct access to the interior of the house.

At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.

In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.

Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
