House located 5 minutes walk to the beaches of Empúries and the “Passeig dels Enamorats”, a walk that connects the town of L’Escala to Sant Martí d’Empúries, touring all the magnificent beaches of Empúries. Near the house you can find several supermarkets, and a few minutes walk you can reach the center of the town of L’Escala, with all kinds of restaurants, bars, and shops.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen with basic kitchen utensils (pans, pots, etc),, a toilet, and the living room; with access to a small private garden, and access to the community garden and pool. On the first floor there is a double bedroom suite, with bathroom with bathtub. A room with two single beds. A room with a bunk bed. And a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is a large terrace.
The house can accommodate 6 people: in a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed (2 single beds of 90 cm).

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
