This splendid apartment is located in a unique place, only 10 meters away to the beach. And 150 meters away there is the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is the ideal place to forget about the car. The apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed-nest, two bathrooms with shower, american kitchen (with kitchenware, pots and paellas), and living room with access to a magnificent terrace with beautiful sea views. The community has a large pool and garden, where you can relax and enjoy the holidays. In total in the apartment can accommodate 7 people: in a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed-nest (three beds of 0.90 cm) and a room with a bunk bed.
