The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and is distributed over four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. It has two full bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. It features a bright living-dining room with air conditioning and a fully equipped independent kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. Outside, the house offers a pleasant private area with an exclusive-use swimming pool, open all year round, and space to park one vehicle within the property. Pets up to 10 kg are accepted (potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed). A comfortable and peaceful option to enjoy L’Escala and the Costa Brava.
