This magnificent house is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk to Empúries where you will find the best beaches of l'Escala. And only 5 minutes drive from the old town. The house has two floors: On the ground floor you can find a bathroom with a shower and a space to have a drink. On the first floor there is the living-dining room, separate kitchen with access to the terrace with pool, three bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor area has a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe and a lounge area where you can enjoy meals under the covered porch. Accommodation is air conditioned.
