This large holiday home is located in a quiet area of L'Escala and at the same time just 11 minutes walking from Riells beach and the magnificent promenade overlooking the whole bay and the Pyrenees. The area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars, many shops, ice cream shops and children's amusement park, supermarket, etc. Riells beach is very wide, with fine sand and very shallow, ideal for children! In a few words - here is everything to spend great vacations!
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen, a large living room with access to a covered terrace with direct view to the pool. From the terrace you can access the barbecue area and the pool.
With separate entrance from the semi-basement are two rooms each with its bathroom and a hall with a Ping-Pong table.
In total in the villa can sleep 10 people (2 double beds and 6 single beds).
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 6.70 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
