Beautiful terraced house located in a very quiet area of L'Escala. It is only 12 minutes' walk from Riells beach and the seafront promenade. The house has two large private terraces, at the front and back of the house. It also has a communal swimming pool, which is available ONLY from June to the end of September. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure activities for children, supermarkets, water sports activities, etc. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. There is air conditioning in the dining room and hallway. Two bathrooms (both with shower), spacious living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and American-style kitchen with access to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The garage is not available for parking but there is the possibility of parking on the same street for free. The house can sleep a total of 6 people, in the double bed, bunk bed and two single beds. There is also the possibility of joining the neighbouring house to accommodate two families. Entry: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on public holidays contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with card upon arrival (between €200 and €300) and will be refunded within 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of final cleaning. Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years old), towels (€11.90 per booking which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation). Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 20:00.
