This beautiful Villa Kesare is for 6 people and is in L'Escala. It is a very bright family house where you can breathe tranquillity. It is a 15 minutes (1.5 km) walk to Riells beach, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, it has a garden with a private pool of 18 m2 with its sun loungers, a large terrace to enjoy eating outside, next to the pool you will find a built-in barbecue and a chill out area with a sofa and 2 armchairs to enjoy the best summer nights. The living room has a Smart TV. The open kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and oven. Next to the kitchen there is a large table where you can enjoy meals with wonderful views of the garden. This accommodation has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), and two bedrooms with two single beds of 90cm each one . All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning. They have fitted wardrobes. On the first floor you will find a terrace to enjoy the sun. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower in this accommodation, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. From the living-dining room you have direct access to the pool. This accommodation has hot and cold a/c through ducts throughout the house, WIFI, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack with tongs and an indoor garage for one car.
