This beautiful terraced house for 8 people is rented in l'Escala (Cala Montgó). It is located 250 metres from Cala Illa Mateua and 650 metres from Cala Montgó, restaurants and the supermarket. The Montgrí Natural Park is a 5-minute walk away and the historic centre of l'Escala is 4 kms away. The accommodation is distributed on a single floor, has a garden with a private pool with sun loungers, a very large terrace, outdoor eating area. *The photos of the covered pool were taken in winter. From the living-dining room you will enjoy spectacular views of the Badia de Roses, it has air conditioning and TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, 1 dishwasher, an oven. This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) with an additional 90cm bed, a bedroom with a 90cm bed and a trundle bed underneath and a very spacious suite with direct access to the outside and an interior bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. This accommodation has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline with pegs, parking for 1 car, and free parking in the surrounding area.
