Cozy house with a large outdoor area, private pool, terrace with a variety of tables with stone chairs, where children can play and run freely. Barbecue area and chill out area where you can play a game after eating or get some fresh air at night. Next to the pool you will find a bathroom with a shower. Behind the house you will find an area to play petanque. Located a few meters from the Montgrí Natural Park, a perfect natural space for walking, cycling, enjoying the fauna, flora and landscape. Riells beach is 1.4 km away and Montgó beach is 1.8 km away. The house is distributed over three floors: On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an American bar and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) each. On the first floor, you can enjoy the views of l'Empordà from the living room, it has a very bright dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen, a double room with a 150cm double bed with a complete bathroom that has a bathtub and shower, with entrance from the garden. On the second floor, we find a suite with a 150cm double bed that has an interior bathroom with a bathtub, direct access to a private terrace with magnificent views. It has an outdoor parking space at the entrance of the house and on the street, you will find free parking. In total, 8 people can stay in the house: in 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 2 is allowed. Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
