Cozy house with a spacious outdoor area, private pool, terrace with a variety of stone tables and chairs, where children can play and run freely. Barbecue area and Chill Out zone where they can play a game after lunch or take in the fresh air at night. Next to the pool, you will find a bathroom with a shower. Behind the house, you will find an area to play pétanque. Located just a few meters from the Montgrí Natural Park, a perfect natural space for walking, cycling, enjoying wildlife, flora, and landscape. Riells beach is 1.4 km away, and Montgó beach is 1.8 km away. The house is distributed across three floors: On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an American bar and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) each. On the first floor, you can enjoy views of l'Empordà from the living room, it has a very bright dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen, a double room with a double bed of 150cm with a full bathroom that has a bathtub and shower, with entrance from the garden. On the second floor, we find a suite with a double bed of 150cm that has an interior bathroom with a bathtub, direct access to a private terrace with magnificent views. It has an outdoor parking space at the entrance of the house and free parking can be found on the street. In total, 8 people can be accommodated in the house: in 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of 10€/pet/night. A maximum of 2 is allowed. Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, or for late check-in: contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price. Mandatory services: Tourist tax €1/person/night (for those over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking, which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
