The apartment is just 200 meters from the Cala Montgó beach and the Montgrí Natural Park.
The Montgó beach has shops, bars, restaurants and all kinds of water activities around it. The natural park is a perfect place for hiking or cycling, enjoying the stunning views of the sea.
The apartment is divided into open kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils) and living room with access to the terrace. A double room, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
In total in the apartment can accommodate 4 people: in 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Dogs are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
