This authentic Spanish villa consists of 2 separate levels that are connected by an external staircase and can accommodate 4 people. This beautiful Spanish villa has a private pool and breath taking sea views. Villa Gofrid is situated in a quiet street in a residential area, with only local traffic. Your car can be parked in a designated parking bay. Due to its idyllic location and located just 500 metres from the beach, this villa is ideal for families or couples.
Villa Gofrid is an ideal holiday villa with a magnificent outside area and is situated above street level. The entrance is on the ground floor, which is reached via a short flight of stairs. Entering through the front door, you arrive at the very well-appointed living room, together with an open-plan kitchen which is fully equipped. The living room has large sliding doors leading onto the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, and from the living room you can also enjoy a beautiful sea view. This ground floor also houses the master bedroom and a modern bathroom. On the upper floor, which you can only reach along the exterior staircase, there is an open living area with sofa bed, together with a bathroom with shower. The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated with warm colours and a cosy Spanish atmosphere.
In front of the villa, a short flight of stairs leads down to the private pool which offers great views over the azure Mediterranean. Villa Gofrid has a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of wonderful places to relax in the Spanish sun, or where you can enjoy an al fresco dinner, prepared on your stone barbecue.

Villa Gofrid is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.
