This beautiful, spacious and modern 4-bedroom villa with private pool is situated in a quiet street in a residential area with only local traffic. You can park your car safely on site. From the villa you have spectacular views over the azure Mediterranean. Villa Nusia is located only 2000 metres from the beach and, with its spacious layout, is ideal for families with children.
Villa Nusia is a fully detached, spacious villa and is situated above street level. The entrance is on the first floor, which is reached via a short flight of stairs. As you enter the house through the front door you arrive at the modern living room with fireplace and cable TV. On this floor there is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the living room, the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms you have access to the balcony, which offers stunning views over the Mediterranean. The functional interior of the villa is light and has a modern ambiance. In addition, the villa offers central heating for the colder days, as well as free Wi-Fi!
In front of the villa a short flight of stairs leads down to the beautiful private pool where you can relax in the refreshing water or on the sun loungers around the pool. Villa Nusia has several terraces where you can relax over an al fresco breakfast or dinner under the Spanish sun or in the shade provided by the covered terrace. The stone barbecue enables you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family!

Villa Nusia is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.
