Location in Lloret de Mar: Follow the main road going from Lloret de Mar to Tossa de Mar, till you see the sign of the urbanization La Riviera. Turn left. In a few minutes, you’ll arrive at this splendid villa, which is located on top of the urbanization’s hill.

About the villa: Parking is easy! When you arrive at your perfect holiday home, you’ll be able to park your car(s) on your property. Once out of the vehicle, you’ll find your amazing pool on the front of the villa. In the villa’s 225 m2 area, you’ll also find a large garden with grass, a barbecue grill and a big table next to the pool where you can enjoy a nice meal all together with great views on the Mediterranean Sea.

If you’re a sport-lover, you’ll probably love the tennis court you share with the neighbouring villa, Villa Rosanna (which is also in our selection of holiday homes). Villa Romana is the perfect holiday home for those who want to enjoy fully of the open-air life style on the Costa Brava. In this holiday home, our clients don’t have time to get bored!

1st floor (entrance): This villa’s entrance is located on the first floor. First of all, on the right, there’s a toilet with a washbasin. If you continue further, you’ll find a living room with an open kitchen. On this floor, you’ll also be able to access the terrace and pool.

2nd floor: There are 4 rooms on this floor with 2 individual beds each one. There’s also a bathroom on this floor.

Ground floor: This is where the last room is located, with 2 double beds and also a bathroom (with 2 shower places) a kitchen and a separate toilet.

You’ll find modern style decoration all over the villa. The inside of the villa is very luminous and warm, so you’ll feel at home in the blink of an eye. Villa Romana is the perfect villa to spend you sunny holidays on the Costa Brava, with family or friends!

Location in Lloret de Mar:
Follow the main road from Lloret de Mar to Tossa de Mar and, when you arrive to the residential area “La Riviera”, turn left. In a few minutes, you'll reach this perfect villa, which is located on the hill of the urbanization.

About the villa:
When you arrive to your holiday residence, go to your garden to check out the amazing swimming pool. Imagine yourself there, enjoying the beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. Do you already smell your tasteful barbecue meal? You can prepare it on the stone barbecue on your right. In the garden, you’ll be able to comfortably sit all together or lay on one of the many sunbeds next to the pool. And don't hesitate to jump into it when you feel like having a refreshing swim!

1st floor (entrance):
Imagine you've just arrived at your villa. Follow the stairs from outside and you’ll get to the entrance on the first floor. On this floor, you'll find a comfortable and modern living room with a nice fireplace. Though, during summertime, it's more refreshing to sit outside, don't you think? From the living room, you can access the balcony and enjoy a delicious homemade lunch or dinner with an amazing view on the background. The rest of this floor is composed by a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet.

Ground floor:
At the same level as the pool, below the first floor, you’ll find all the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, wash basin, bath and toilet. There are 5 bedrooms in total and all of them have an easy access to the bathroom.

A holiday villa near the center of Lloret de Mar opens the gate to many interesting opportunities. This seaside holiday resort is known for its energetic nightlife. But Lloret de Mar has also a total different side to discover. Did you know Lloret de Mar is very famous among families, culture, art and nature lovers? From your holiday home you'll be able to go easily to the famous city Barcelona. Barcelona will be a guarantee for an impressive day that will give you many memories that last forever. The cozy city Girona is also worth a glance of your eyes. You'll feel a nice warm ambience when you'll pass the colourful houses along the river and other cultural heritage. The Costa Brava is rich of small villages, like Blanes, Playa de Aro, Begur, Roses. It's a must to visit at least one of them.

Go to the historic center of Lloret de Mar and visit the Catalan Gothic church, or walk along the beach and discover the famous medieval castle of Sant Joan with its amazing views.
