Villa Cobos is a fantastic modern fully detached villa (250m2) with private swimming pool situated in a quiet residential area Mas Pareras at walking distance from the center of Palamos with its marvelous beach, shops and restaurants.

You can park your car safely on the plot of property. The distance to the sandy beach with all facilities is 950 meters.

The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor. Here you can find spacious living-dining room with satellite TV, modern well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom - suite with own bathroom and access to balcony, 1 double bedroom with bed 135cm, one bedroom with trundle bed and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can find attic room with sofa bed for 2 persons and TV, toilet and lovely terrace that offer you wonderful views to the coast.
