Canarian typical old house has been restored with care and equipped with all facilities for up to 4 adults and 1 child.
It is located between palm and olive groves in the heart of the town of Santa Lucia de Tirajana on Gran Canaria.
This is a place blessed by nature, where tradition and the beauty of its environment blends the roads to the summit and the valleys to the sea.
The farm is 3,000 m2 with private parking area, orchard, gardens, solarium, swimming pool and barbecue. It was home of farmers and renovated in 2006.
At 500 m height and halfway between the coast and the summit. It is an ideal place not only to enjoy the peace and the environment, but also to establish a starting point for excursions to different places on the island.
The area has sites of archaeological value, botanical and geological. Visits to these places can be complemented with sports activities, on top of the village you can go cycling, hiking and climbing, and in the coastal area, and windsurfing.
